Learn how meal planning can save you money and time while preparing delicious and nutritious from-scratch foods for family meals. Each week you’ll prepare and take home a “meal in bag” to cook in your crockpot or freeze for later.
Classes taught by UW-Extension Family Living Agent, Chelsea Wunnicke will include tips to maximize your grocery budget, contain your shopping and prep time, and how to get healthier food on the table.
