Learn the skills to preserve food safely, with UW-Extension agent, Chelsea Wunnicke. If you are brand new to canning and preserving, get off to a great start with the basics of food safety and home food preservation.

If you are a more experienced home food preserver, update your recipes so you can be sure you are preserving safe, high quality food for your family to enjoy year round.

Class will cover freezing, drying, and canning. Take home a jar of produce you canned in the class!
